Normative Instruction No. 1,488/2014 added paragraph 2 to Article 13 of Normative Instruction No. 1,361/2013 to determine, contrary to the Law in force, that the minimum term for temporary admission applications must be a minimum of six months, even if the equipment or good is to remain for a shorter time in the country.
