Companies with 100 or more employees in Brazil must submit supplementary information on compensation and salary criteria to the Ministry of Labor and Employment by August 31st, marking the sixth edition of reporting under the Equal Pay Law. Non-compliance may result in administrative fines of up to 3% of the employer's payroll, capped at 100 minimum wages.

As empresas com 100 ou mais empregados devem encaminhar, até 31 de agosto, as informações complementares sobre remuneração e critérios salariais ao Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE), por meio do Portal Emprega Brasil. Esta é a 6ª edição do relatório instituído pela Lei da Igualdade Salarial (Lei nº 14.611/23).

A previsão é que os relatórios sejam disponibilizados pelo MTE a partir de 20 de setembro no Portal Emprega Brasil. Após a disponibilização, deverão ser divulgados pelas empresas em suas redes sociais, sites e/ou em local visível, de ampla divulgação e fácil acesso aos empregados e ao público em geral.

O não cumprimento da obrigação de divulgação do relatório poderá resultar na aplicação de multa administrativa correspondente a 3% da folha de salários do empregador, limitada a 100 salários-mínimos, sem prejuízo das sanções aplicáveis aos casos de discriminação salarial e de critérios remuneratórios entre mulheres e homens.
