We are glad to invite you to our upcoming webinar which will be held on September 20, 2021. The main topic of the webinar will be on 'Introduction of the Revised Labor Code of Mongolia'.

The Revised Labor Code of Mongolia was adopted on 2 July 2021 and shall become enforceable from 1 January 2022. Upon entry into force of this law, employment relations will be considered to have been established once employees begin to perform their work duties, regardless of whether any written employment agreements are made or not. The law is considered to have become more compliant with international conventions on employment related matters. As well, new employment relations - e.g. tripartite employment relations, part-time and remote works, employment between individual parties, long term shift in mining, new types of employment agreements, etc., have been newly regulated. Other amendments and new regulations brought in employment relations will be introduced during the webinar.
