Limited, a pharmacovigilance technology and consulting
company.
Pinnaxis specialises in safety system
implementation, data migration, validation, reporting and managed
services across leading safety platforms in the pharmaceutical and
life sciences industry. The transaction involved the acquisition of
100% of the company and included a roll-over of the investment into
the overseas operating company.
