is acting as the legal counsel for SBI Capital Markets Limited,
ICICI Securities Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited, the
lead managers on the proposed IPO.
The proposed IPO comprises of a fresh issue of up to
₹12,500.00 million and an offer for sale by certain selling
shareholders of up to 18,152,206 equity shares of face value of
₹10 each.
Vishakha Renewables is a manufacturer of critical products
across the solar component ecosystem, comprising solar glass,
aluminium frames, encapsulants such as ethylene vinyl acetate and
expandable polyethylene, and back sheets for solar panels.
