On November 14, 2023, Polina Sachava, Associate of the Contract Law practice at GRATA International Belarus, took part in the first-ever forum for Belarusian business "Export league".
The main topic of the forum was the current trends and problems of Belarusian exports, the system of financial and non-financial support for exports, as well as the tools of institutions providing such support.
Within the framework of the forum, the plenary session "The role of export support institutions in the development of foreign economic activity in Belarus" was organized. There were also sessions on e-commerce, marketing, logistics, custom clearance and certification, financial aspects of foreign economic activity support.
Polina made a presentation "Electronic procurement as a tool for entering the markets of the EAEU treaty countries" as part of the "E-commerce" session, telling what it’s needed to pay attention to when concluding contracts in electronic form.
