Fort Lauderdale Partner Michael G. Platner will moderate and speak at two upcoming Marcum events for business owners who are interested in exploring options for liquidity.

On February 2, Mr. Platner will moderate a panel, titled "Building toward an Exit: Exploring Your Options for Liquidity & Legacy", at the Marcum Florida Construction Summit, hosted at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.

On February 9, Mr. Platner will join another panel, titled "Maximizing Transferable Value : Game Plans From The Experts," which will provide business owners insights on coming up with an exit strategy to optimize transferable values and liquidity opportunities. Lewis Brisbois will co-present this event with Marcum, J.P. Morgan, and Vistage Florida.

Mr. Platner serves as chair of Lewis Brisbois' national Corporate Practice and co-chair of its Securities & Corporate Finance Practice. He works with clients to develop and execute business savvy legal strategies for businesses from an early stage through maturity, sale, and merger. "Going Liquid" workshops provide actionable advice to business owners who want to position their businesses successfully for growth, value creation, and ultimate liquidity events.
