The Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) Legal Affairs Roundtable panel discussion on new technologies and the law featured Global Cybersecurity & Privacy senior counsel Adam Golodner.
Golodner served on the panel with a leading technologist and discussed issues relating to the Dark Web, IOT, the Cloud, Encryption and Quantum Computing, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. They set out the technical underpinnings of these technologies, the technical and legal issues they raised, identified specific legal challenges, and talked about approaches to understand, address and move though the new legal and technical challenges.
