Yesterday, the SEC announced that the EDGAR will be closed on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 and Friday, December 26, 2025, in addition to Christmas Day, Thursday, December 25, 2025. The announcement notes that December 25 is a federal holiday and December 24 and December 26 will be treated as federal holidays for filing purposes.
