Join us for a Ballard Spahr webinar focused on arguably the most
compelling issue for employers in early 2021: the COVID-19 vaccines
and how they will impact the workplace. We will discuss the state
of the vaccines including availability and cost, related laws, and
practical considerations under federal and state laws for the
workforce, whether returning to or continuing in-person operations.
We will also cover likely scenarios employers may encounter
concerning who is vaccinated and interactions between vaccinated
and unvaccinated workers and others who enter the workplace. This
program will be moderated by partner Denise M. Keyser with insights
from colleagues David S. Fryman, Karli Lubin, and Jay Zweig and
will be available for HRCI, SHRM, and CLE credits.
Issues related to vaccines are evolving on a daily basis. For a
discussion of what has brought us to this point and for an overview
in advance of the January webinar, please listen to our December
podcast on whether or not to mandate vaccines in the workplace
here. Please also contact your Ballard Spahr lawyer or any one of
the webinar or podcast panelists with questions specific to your
business.
