International Business Centre "Ingoushetia" will be exhibiting at Shorex '98 The International Money Show in London on 20-22 October 1998 to reaffirm its offshore status within the Russian Federation. Ingoushetia's President Ruslan Auchev will be addressing the audience of Shorex to give details of the role of this little known federation entity in the new Russian economic and political environment.

Ingoushetia tax free zone - IBC ''Ingoushetia'' - was created In January 1996 according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation. IBC ''Ingoushetia'' provides the opportunities to register Russian offshore companies with a complete tax exemption by the Russian Federation for 20 years. Ingoushetia benefit from currency autonomy and offers investors fast registration procedures, complete confidentiality and anonymity of owners. All the administration of the offshore centre is handled by The Financial Corporation ''BIN''.

President Auchev's presentation is part of Shorex '98, the world's largest display of offshore and international financial services and investment products. The event, open to the public, is primarily aimed at private and institutional investors as well as financial intermediaries. It takes place from 20th to 22nd October 1998 at the Business Design Centre in London. Participants at SHOREX '98 are fund managers, international banks, private banks, stock exchanges, offshore service providers, insurance firms, pension funds, trust companies, law firms, international tax planners and venture capitalists.
