Buying property in Turkey can offer significant opportunities for foreign investors, companies and individuals. However, a real estate transaction should not be completed solely on the basis of the seller’s statements, a real estate listing or the physical condition of the property.

Gayrimenkul satış vaadi sözleşmesi, taşınmaz mülkiyetinin ileride devredilmesini güvence altına alan önemli bir ön sözleşmedir. Noterde düzenleme şeklinde yapılması gereken bu sözleşme, tapu devri yerine geçmez ancak alıcıya gelecekte tescil talep etme hakkı sağlar.

Foreign nationals can acquire property in Turkey, but the transaction requires careful legal assessment beyond commercial considerations.
