The Handbook Wage Taxes is a formal policy document that sets out policy principles and standpoints of the Dutch Revenue Service on various wage tax related topics. Given the formal nature of the handbook, employers may rely on the positions stated therein.
The Handbook is available (in Dutch only) on the website of the Dutch Revenue Service.
