Jane Pilkington is an Immigration Partner within Global Employer Services at Deloitte Ireland LLP, a role she commenced in September 2024. Jane co-leads a team of over 50 professionals across multiple regions, advising clients on Irish business immigration with expertise spanning a broad range of industries, including technology, financial services, life sciences, engineering and construction, manufacturing, and more. Jane has 25 years' experience advising clients on Irish business immigration law and policy and is an Irish qualified solicitor.

Reshma brings 12 years of experience advising clients across diverse industries on Irish inbound and global immigration programmes. She specialises in compliance support, handling Irish work authorisation applications, entry visas, residence permits, complex family cases (including EU Treaty Rights and preclearance), and citizenship matters. As a subject matter expert, Reshma manages clients nationally and through global relationship networks. She offers strategic guidance on complex immigration challenges and regularly works closely with Government officials, feeding back regarding immigration policies and strategies. Reshma is also an experienced speaker at immigration seminars and regularly contributes to thought leadership in the field.

Kim Wong is a Director at Deloitte Ireland LLP with over 9 years of immigration program experience in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) industries, as well as the engineering sector. Kim specialises in overseeing complex projects and delivering exceptional client service, managing a team of over 50 members across four countries.
 

Stephen is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Ireland’s Global Employer Services team, bringing over 8 years of experience in immigration. He has led numerous high-profile immigration projects for some of Ireland’s largest employers across the technology, pharmaceutical, and consumer sectors. Stephen possesses extensive expertise in managing the immigration aspects of M&A transactions, workforce reorganization initiatives, and relocation programmes. He plays a lead role in the global coordination of immigration services for several of Deloitte’s multinational clients, which has enabled him to develop a strong understanding of global immigration matters. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a focus on HR and a Master’s degree in International Management.
