Taft partner Bill Wagner spoke to the Southwest Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) at the ACC's "Mini MBA Program" on Aug. 30. He presented on the topic "Insurance in a tight market and claims adjustment/coverage – what in-house lawyers should know."
ACC Southwest Ohio includes 330 corporate attorneys representing a broad array of industries from both the public and private sector.
Wagner is an accomplished trial lawyer focused on complex commercial litigation (including government contracts, insurance recovery, and privacy and data security), environmental litigation, and white collar criminal defense. His clients include manufacturers, defense contractors, and financial, professional services, and technology companies.
