Walkers' Ireland Corporate M&A team has advised global
corporate, private client and fund services provider Hawksford on
its acquisition of Dublin-based corporate service provider Pearse
Trust.
This expansion into the Republic of Ireland will act as a key entry
point to EU markets for Hawksford and is the first step in a series
of planned acquisitions with the private equity backing of Star
Capital.
