financing of the acquisition of the Radisson Blu Hotel
Letterkenny.
The 114-bed, four-star hotel, located in Donegal, has been
acquired by Lanthorn on behalf of TMR Hotel Collection, one
of Ireland's largest privately owned hotel portfolios. The
Radisson Blu Hotel Letterkenny becomes the 18th property in the
group, which includes prestigious destinations such as the Kilkenny
Ormonde Hotel, Fleet Hotel Temple Bar, Dunboyne Castle Hotel &
Spa, Aghadoe Heights Hotel in Killarney, the Connemara Coast in Co.
Galway, and Harvey's Point in Donegal.
