largest automobile dealer groups, announced that it had acquired
Mercedes-Benz Brampton and its related real estate assets. In
connection with the acquisition, The Humberview Group also
refinanced its existing credit facilities with The Toronto-Dominion
Bank.
BLG represented The Humberview Group in both the acquisition and
financing with a team led by Julie Mansi that included Jonas Farovitch (Corporate), Xue
