On November 30, 2020, The Lion Electric Company, a leading
designer, manufacturer and distributor of electric medium and
heavy-duty urban vehicles, and Northern Genesis Acquisition Corp.
(NGA), a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company,
announced their intention to combine the two businesses. Following
the closing of the transaction, Lion is expected to be listed on
the New York Stock Exchange. BLG is proud to represent NGA in this
groundbreaking deal.
