Kirkland & Ellis advised Rush Street Interactive, LP ("RSI"), one of the fastest-growing online casino and sports wagering companies in the United States, on its agreement to combine with dMY Technology Group, Inc. ("dMY"), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company. The combined company will operate as Rush Street Interactive, Inc. and will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The combined company is anticipated to have an initial enterprise value of approximately $1.78 billion, plus an estimated over $235 million in net cash to fund growth strategy.
