Kirkland & Ellis advised Antin Infrastructure Partners, one of the world's leading independent infrastructure investment firms, on the successful closing of its fourth fund (Fund IV) and largest to date, raising $7.6 billion (€6.5 billion) to invest in infrastructure opportunities. The significantly oversubscribed fund reached its hard cap and makes it one of the largest funds to hold a final closing during the Covid-19 pandemic. Fund IV is backed by a diverse group of more than 140 leading investors from around the globe.
