Cox & Palmer wishes to announce that on January 1, 2020, Daniel Stevenson was named Managing Partner of our Fredericton office.
Daniel is a key member of our corporate, commercial, securities and tax practice groups. As a business lawyer, Daniel represents public and private corporations, lenders and individuals on a wide range of complex transactions throughout Atlantic Canada and beyond. He regularly advises his clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions, national offerings and other securities related transactions, commercial financings, tax-driven reorganizations and commercial real estate. Daniel also provides guidance to business owners in relation to succession and estate planning matters.
Despite Daniel's new role, he remains dedicated to his full-time practice and is committed to maintaining the level of service that his clients have come to expect and appreciate.
Daniel joins the firm's New Brunswick management team and policy board comprised of Ed Keyes, QC, New Brunswick and Saint John Managing Partner, Tracy Wong, Moncton Managing Partner, and Carolyn Wong, Chief Operating Officer.
