Oblon, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, LLP is pleased to announce the election of two new partners – Anna Lloyd and Robert Tarcu – effective in 2020.
Anna Lloyd works in the Electrical Patent Prosecution Practice group. Ms. Lloyd works with clients of various sizes, from multi-national corporations to start-up businesses, to understand clients' intellectual property needs in a broader business context and provides counseling on various matters, such as freedom to operate, portfolio management, standards-related patent matters, and drafting/prosecution strategies. Her technical experience spans a wide range of technologies including broadband and broadcast communications, semiconductor device fabrication, and artificial intelligence (AI) applications, including in neural networks and image processing.
Rob Tarcu works in the Electrical Patent Prosecution practice group. Mr. Tarcu provides counseling on a wide range of matters including patentability, portfolio management, and patent prosecution strategies. His technical expertise spans a wide array of technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), image processing, audio and video processing, printers, telecommunications, networking, optical systems, 3D imaging, computer software, avionics, medical devices and consumer electronics.
