- the consultation must be about legal advice in respect of a young or new business ;
- appointments will be between 16h00 and 18h00 on a Monday;
- the client must attend our offices in Stellenbosch;
- the appointment will be confirmed after a brief telephonic conversation to ensure that the client complies with the first requirement; and
- no fees for the first consultation.
We will offer assistance in respect of the following disciplines:
- requirements to start a business;
- business structures, such as companies and partnerships;
- shareholders agreements;
- general tax for small businesses;
- protection of intellectual property; and
- contracts in general.
