Area of specialisation:
Workplace relations and occupational health & safety
What was your very first job and what did it teach you?
Delivering advertising pamphlets and local newspapers. It taught me that parents are very forgiving of their sons, and some people really mean it when they say ‘No advertising material’.
If you hadn’t become a lawyer, what would you be?
Hmmm a health professional… I would have continued being an Occupational Therapist.
What keeps you awake at night?
At the moment the Tour de France, and at other times my neighbours singing bad Daryl Braithwaite karaoke.
What’s your next big challenge?
Making it to the end of the Tour!! Its hard enough to watch it, imagine riding in it!!!
What’s your most embarrassing moment?
Ummmm… pulling down my track pants and forgetting that I didn’t have my speedos on underneath at a swim meet in the US in front of about 5000 people.
What’s your philosophy to life?
Always have your speedos on!!! There is more to life than 6 minute intervals and live every second of it that you can.
