The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has announced that an amendment has been made to the Directive regarding the Certification of Persons and the Certification Registers (174(I)/2015). Accordingly, the renewal of registration of all certified persons should be completed by the end of February of each calendar year.
Persons who are subject to renewal but fail to renew their registration by the end of February 2018 will be deleted from the Register.
Persons who registered in 2017 are not subject to renewal in 2018.
