Chicago – December 1, 2009 – Ladas & Parry LLP is pleased to announce that Keith Jarosik, formerly of Hanley, Flight & Zimmerman and Brad Wilson, formerly of Cook Alex Ltd., have joined the firm. They will reside in the firm’s Chicago office.

Mr. Jarosik has expertise in the areas of mechanical and aerospace engineering, nanotechnology, electro-mechanical, software and electrical arts. Prior to his law career he worked as a senior consultant at Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) and at the American Bar Association. Keith also has extensive experience in the academic world where he provided assistance in all aspects of intellectual property to a variety of universities.

Keith comments, "I’m extremely pleased to be joining Ladas & Parry.  Ladas' strong reputation and proven domestic and international intellectual property practice will enable me to better serve the needs of the firm's corporate and academic clients.  I look forward to contributing my legal and technical experience as well as my business acumen to provide our clients with global solutions in today's economy."

Mr. Wilson has an extensive background in the areas of semiconductors, computer electronics, software, communication networks, mechanical devices and business methods. He also brings to the firm over twenty years of industrial experience in such diverse areas as plant floor automation, operator interfaces, CAD software, disaster recovery solutions, networking solutions and security systems.

Brad has had past success as a business owner, application engineer, sales engineer and business consultant. His experience is enhanced by a dual major (finance and marketing) MBA from Northwestern University.
