May 19, 2017 (London) – International law firm Proskauer represented Safetykleen Europe on its acquisition by Apax Partners from Warburg Pincus. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2017.
Safetykleen Europe is a London based provider of industrial cleaning services and operates principally in Europe, as well as Brazil, China and Turkey. The company employs over 1,600 people and provides more than 700,000 services each year to over 100,000 parts cleaners across a spectrum of industries.
