Singapore, 22 September 2026 — Duane Morris & Selvam LLP is pleased to announce that its India-focused practice has been recognised across three categories at the 15th Annual LegalEra India Conclave, held in New Delhi on 18 September 2026.
The recognitions reflect the continued growth of the firm’s India practice, which supports clients navigating complex inbound and outbound investment opportunities across sectors and jurisdictions, including cross-border investment, disputes, energy and infrastructure, capital markets, and corporate transactions.
Jamie Benson was named Cross-Border Lawyer of the Year, Capital Markets, while Priyank Srivastava was recognised as Cross-Border Lawyer of the Year, Energy & Infrastructure. The firm was also named Korea–India Investment Advisory Law Firm of the Year, with the award accepted by Kim Sung-Hee, Head of Korea Practice.
“Congratulations to Jamie, Priyank, Kim and the wider team on these well-deserved recognitions,” said Leon Yee, Chairman of Duane Morris & Selvam. “These awards reflect the strength, depth and collaborative spirit of our India-focused practice, as well as our continued commitment to supporting clients across the region as they pursue increasingly sophisticated cross-border opportunities.”
Priyank also contributed to the programme as a speaker and moderator of a session focused on the power sector, sharing perspectives on the evolving opportunities and challenges shaping India’s energy landscape.
In addition to the awards programme, Priyank and Kim took the opportunity to meet with clients and market participants across India’s energy and infrastructure ecosystem, including Korean oil and gas and LNG companies, Indian state-owned energy companies, and project and corporate clients involved in inbound and outbound transactions.
These engagements underscored India’s growing importance as both a destination and source of cross-border capital, with opportunities spanning energy transition, infrastructure, capital markets, strategic investments and international disputes.
