McDermott Will & Schulte served as legal counsel to Unitex Textile Services LLC (“Unitex”), a leading provider of outsourced healthcare textile management services, in its strategic partnership with CVC, a leading global investment firm.
CVC, through its long-duration investment platform Strategic Opportunities, will invest in Unitex alongside the Potack family, who will continue to own a significant stake in the business and to lead Unitex going forward. The transaction marks the first outside equity investment in Unitex’s more than 100-year history.
