facility, proposed to be availed from Export-Import Bank of
India (EXIM Bank).
JSA has advised Gelos Solren Private
Limited, SPV of Mahindra
Susten, as the borrower's counsel in relation to the
rupee facility for an amount not exceeding Rs. 875 Crores including
letter of credit facility for an amount not exceeding Rs. 600
Crores as a sub-limit of the rupee facility, proposed to be availed
by Gelos Solren Private Limited from
Export-Import Bank of India.
