Partner and Intellectual Property Litigation co-chair Elaine Blais was named to Managing IP’s Top 250 Women in IP list, an exclusive guide honoring leading female intellectual property practitioners in private practice worldwide who demonstrate exceptional service and leadership in the field.

Elaine focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, with particular emphasis on patent litigation and licensing disputes, and has first-chaired numerous lawsuits and taken cases to trial in federal courts nationwide. She is a member of Goodwin’s Allocations Committee, previously served on the firm’s Executive Committee, and is the former head of Goodwin’s Litigation department in Boston.
