MIAMI (August 3, 2026) – Holland & Knight served as co-counsel to D2 Law Group P.L. in D2 Law Group's representation of Centaur U.S. Investment Holdings in the $191.2 million sale of Panther National to an affiliate of Ohana Real Estate Investors. The transaction included the award-winning 18-hole championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas, a nine-hole par-3 course and approximately 150 unsold residential lots within the 218-home luxury residential community. The sale is one of the largest golf course transactions in South Florida in recent years and was announced on July 21.
As part of the transaction, Holland & Knight coordinated the repayment of Centaur Holdings' acquisition loan from West Palm Beach-based Sunrise Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SUNS), in the original principal amount of $160 million.
Panther National is a premier 392-acre luxury golf community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The golf course opened in 2023, and Panther National's 58,000-square-foot clubhouse is slated to open this fall, featuring a restaurant, wine bar, fashion and golf shop, locker rooms, fitness center, event lawn and courtyard with fire pits.
