NEW YORK (July 30, 2026) – Holland & Knight advised Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest) and DEG, the German development finance institution, as lenders, on closing a $150 million senior secured financing granted to Fibra Nova, a leading Mexican industrial real estate investment trust (FIBRA).
The financing was structured as two pari passu facilities – a $100 million loan from IDB Invest and a $50 million loan from DEG – documented under a common terms agreement together with separate loan agreements for each lender, secured by a Mexican law collateral package held under a guarantee, payment source and administration trust, covering certain industrial properties and their respective lease receivables.
