Kennedys partners Mickey Schneider and Nitin Sain secured a defense verdict involving an $8.5 million settlement demand that saved money for three of our insurer clients in Kings County Supreme Court, Brooklyn.
Mickey and Nitin were able to successfully convince the jury that the plaintiff’s accident did not constitute a violation of NY Labor Law section 240(1) thereby dismissing the case entirely.
