Cohen & Gresser advised London-based robotics company
Humanoid on its $152 million Series A financing at $1.35 billion
post-money valuation. The financing establishes Humanoid as
Europe's first pure-play humanoid robotics company and will
support the continued development and commercialization of its
next-generation robotic platforms.
Founded in 2024 by entrepreneur Artem Sokolov, Humanoid develops
commercially scalable, general-purpose humanoid and mobile robots
designed for industrial automation, logistics, and factory
operations.
Cohen & Gresser advised Humanoid on the transaction. The
cross-border team was comprised of Olga Ponomarenko and Irina
