Boston – Global law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader announced today that Kristin Gerber has joined as an M&A partner in our Boston office. She joins us from Goodwin Procter.

"We are excited to welcome Kristin to Hogan Lovells Cadwalader. Her practice spans Technology and Life Sciences, positioning her at the forefront of transformative trends and sectors reshaping the global economy," said James Doyle, Global Head of the Corporate & Finance practice group. "Her arrival enhances our ability to serve clients while building upon the depth and breadth of our rapidly expanding Corporate & Finance group."

Gerber represents domestic and international acquirers, investors, and companies in mergers and acquisitions, carve-out and spin-off transactions, minority and growth investments, and other corporate strategic transactions. She has deep experience providing strategic outside counsel to management teams and boards while leading significant transactions on her clients' behalf through every stage of the corporate life cycle.

"As the second M&A partner to join our Boston office in recent months, Kristin's arrival reflects the strong momentum behind the continued expansion of our premier M&A platform," said Liz Donley, Global Head of M&A at Hogan Lovells Cadwalader. "Her tech focus is highly complementary to Bryan Lowrance's life sciences practice, further strengthening our ability to support clients across two of Boston's most dynamic sectors and enhancing the counsel we provide on their most strategic transactions."

"Kristin's addition underscores our commitment to Boston as a key market for our clients. Her strong reputation, deep experience, and client-focused approach make her an outstanding addition to our team," said Greg Noonan, Office Managing Partner of Hogan Lovells Cadwalader's Boston office.

Gerber added, "I'm excited to join Hogan Lovells Cadwalader at such a pivotal moment in the firm's evolution. The opportunity to be a part of the market-leading, globally integrated Corporate & Finance practice – backed by exceptional capabilities in highly regulated industries and a deeply collaborative culture – made this a particularly compelling next step."

Gerber received her JD from Boston College Law School and her BSBA from Creighton University.
