Marco P. Falco, partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution group, will be speaking at the Canadian Institute’s 26th Annual Advanced Administrative Law & Practice Conference in Ottawa on October 28, 2026.

The conference gathers together national experts and the leading minds on Canadian administrative law, including Justice O’Bonsawin of the Supreme Court of Canada, who will be a keynote speaker. Marco will be speaking on a panel titled, "Making Decisions Within Statutory Limits: Following New Direction from the Courts on Interpreting Jurisdiction."

In addition to presenting at the conference, Marco also sits on the Canadian Institute’s Administrative Law Advisory Board.
