The panel examined several critical and timely issues arising from the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence, including:

  • Copyright risks associated with AI-generated works
  • Latest proposed amendments to the Copyright Ordinance
  • The text and data mining (TDM) exemption regime

The conference successfully gathered experienced practitioners and scholars from accounting, law, and technology. It provided a valuable cross-disciplinary platform for exchanging insights on how AI is reshaping professional practices and the legal frameworks that regulate them.
