NEW YORK, June 15, 2026 – Proskauer has earned top rankings in Private Equity International's latest Fund Formation League Table.
The Firm was ranked fourth in the "Top Firms by Total Number of Funds Formed" table, with 38 total funds formed. Proskauer placed sixth in the "Top Firms by Aggregate Value of Capital Raised ($bn)" table with $29.4 billion.
Proskauer is only one of three firms ranked in the top 10 for aggregate value of capital raised in consecutive years.
The Private Equity International Fund Formation League Table covers blind-pool private equity funds and continuation funds that had a final close date in 2025 and that have been tracked by PEI data.
