Jacqueline (Jack) Goslett is Co-Leader of the firm’s Financial Services, Banking & Finance and Venture Finance Groups. He has diverse experience in technology matters of all kinds, including IP, mergers and acquisitions, procurement, privacy/data protection and health law, as well as advising on matters related to technologies such as blockchain and autonomous vehicles.

He is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Ontario as well as a registered Canadian Trademark Agent, a Certified Arbitrator and a Certified Licensing Professional.

She represents a broad range of clients, including pharmaceutical, life sciences, technology and telecommunication companies, specifically with regulatory and IP litigation needs.
Stephen Zolf is Co-Leader of the firm's Communications & Media Group, Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group and Sports & Entertainment Group.
