("MHIL") on its acquisition of a controlling stake (~58%)
in Kalinga Hospital Limited from Hospital Corporation of Orissa
Inc. The transaction also includes a potential second-leg where
MHIL will seek to increase its stake to 100% through a mix of
primary / secondary transactions.
