Young Moore and Henderson, P.A. is pleased to announce that attorneys Christopher A. Page and Matthew C. Burke will participate in the 2026 ALFA International Business Litigation Practice Group Seminar, taking place June 3–5, 2026, at the JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District. The seminar brings together experienced litigators and industry professionals from across the ALFA network to share insights on current legal developments and effective litigation strategies.

This year's seminar theme, "Strategy and Judgment in the Garden of Good and Evil," will guide discussions on navigating complex litigation challenges and making sound strategic decisions in high-stakes matters.

Chris Page, a shareholder at Young Moore, serves as the 2026 Program Chair for ALFA International's Business Litigation Practice Group. In this role, he will deliver introductory remarks alongside ALFA leadership and fellow practice group leaders, helping set the stage for the seminar's programming. Chris is an experienced trial attorney with a focus on representing clients in the hospitality and retail industries. He represents several national clients in a wide range of matters, including claims involving employment, business disputes, trademark infringement, false advertising, premises liability, and construction defects. A longtime leader within ALFA International, Chris has served in numerous leadership roles, including prior leadership within the Business Litigation Practice Group and service on ALFA's Board of Directors, reflecting his deep involvement in the organization's collaborative global network. Matt Burke, also a shareholder at the firm, will serve as a panelist for a breakout session titled "Fees, Feeds and Phone Calls: Navigating Modern Consumer Compliance Risks." The session will explore emerging regulatory and litigation trends involving payment practices, data tracking, and consumer communications, offering practical insight into compliance risks and defense strategies. Matt focuses his practice on civil litigation, with experience representing businesses in employment matters, commercial disputes, and regulatory compliance issues.
