On May 4, 2026, Novacap Industries announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Meloche Group, alongside Investissement Québec and Export Development Canada.
This investment supports Meloche Group’s acquisition of Groupe Rossi Aéro, a French aircraft parts manufacturer, bringing Meloche Group’s annual revenue to approximately C$250 million.
The transaction was also supported by a financing provided by a syndicate of banks, with participation from Investissement Québec.
