Srivar advises clients across the Banking & Finance and Infrastructure sectors, with experience spanning transactions in the real estate, hospitality, projects, and infrastructure space. A significant part of his practice involves assisting clients and lenders through various stages of lending and project finance transactions, particularly in matters involving public sector banks and financial institutions. He regularly acts as Lenders' Legal Counsel in relation to loan documentation, security creation, escrow arrangements, and financing transactions, and has been involved in handling a broad range of banking and project finance transactions across sectors.
