Terri‑Lee is a leading environmental and regulatory lawyer whose practice focuses on project‑related issues arising from natural resource development, with a specialization in regulatory, environmental and Indigenous law. Her work spans the full lifecycle of major projects, from early‑stage approvals through hearings, investigations and strategic regulatory advice.
Terri‑Lee regularly acts for proponents and developers in environmental assessments and regulatory proceedings to secure approvals for significant projects across the oil and gas, pipeline, liquefied natural gas, mining, midstream and petrochemical sectors, as well as electricity transmission, hydroelectric, solar, wind and battery energy storage. Her recent practice has been highly active in the power market, advising clients on both conventional and renewable generation projects.
In addition to her regulatory practice, Terri‑Lee advises clients on a wide range of agreements with Indigenous groups and negotiates complex commercial arrangements on behalf of project developers. She frequently represents clients before administrative tribunals in matters involving tolls and tariffs, regulatory investigations and inquiries, and provides strategic guidance on ESG considerations relevant to major infrastructure and energy mandates.

Terri‑Lee is admitted to the bars of Alberta, British Columbia and the Northwest Territories. She received a BSc (Physiology) and a JD (with distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan, and an LLM in Energy and Infrastructure Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
