Campbells acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel for ChinaAMC Segregated Portfolio Company II on the listing of its segregated portfolio, ChinaAMC Core Value Bond Fund SP, on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange. This transaction marks the sixth successful listing we have completed for ChinaAMC Segregated Portfolio Company II in the past 12 months.

ChinaAMC Segregated Portfolio Company II is a mutual fund registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and managed by China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited ("ChinaAMC (HK)"). ChinaAMC group is one of the first mainland Chinese fund management companies with its wholly owned subsidiary, ChinaAMC (HK), licensed to conduct asset management business in Hong Kong and is one of the first RQFII (Renminbi Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor) fund managers. ChinaAMC group has a broad range of product lines, including long-only equity funds, hedge funds, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), leveraged/inverse products, bond funds and segregated accounts.
