Anadolu Group has entered into an agreement to acquire a 60%
stake in Tariş Üzüm, the producer of Mercan
Rakı. The acquisition marks the Group's strategic
expansion into the distilled spirits segment, aiming to diversify
its product portfolio and strengthen its position in the alcoholic
beverages sector. The closing of the transaction is subject to
customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
Paksoy is pleased to have advised Anadolu Efes throughout the
transaction, including on the structuring of the deal and the
preparation and negotiation of the transaction documents, including
the share purchase agreement (SPA) and the shareholders'
