Taft partner Payal Keshvani and senior associate Hannah Schuppner will lead a roundtable discussion at the General Counsel Conference Midwest on April 14 in Chicago. The conference brings together in-house counsel and legal professionals to discuss emerging trends and practical challenges facing corporate legal departments. Keshvani and Schuppner will lead the session "The Human Side of M&A: Managing Anxiety, Change Fatigue, and Communication During Transactions."

Keshvani focuses her practice on general and corporate transactional matters. She represents business clients in a wide variety of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, regulatory matters, secured financing, and debt and equity issuances. In addition, Keshvani provides pro bono services to the Chicago Architecture Biennial and acts as its Secretary and Outside Counsel.

Schuppner focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactional matters. She guides clients through complex transactions and collaborates closely with all parties to develop solutions that align with business objectives. Schuppner works with clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, technology, renewable energy, and manufacturing.
