Boult is pleased to announce that Dr Isabel Blanco in our Spanish trade marks team has been appointed as a Partner of Boult Wade Tennant Spain, S.L.P.
Isabel’s practice covers a wide range of EUIPO matters, including absolute grounds and inherent registrability objections, as well as opposition proceedings and strategic submissions.
Isabel is a member of the Madrid Bar and a former examiner at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). A keen IP mind, holding a PhD in Intellectual Property from Carlos III University, Isabel is highly active as a lecturer in IP professional education. She is also a prolific author on intellectual property law, with multiple books, specialist chapters and industry publications to her name.
